As a registered member of Referral Shop you have confirmed that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions indicated in our TOS (Terms of Service). They are non-negotiable and apply to all of our members and advertisers.

1. USER ACCOUNT

   1. Your email address is protected from spam from Referral Shop and will not be sold or exposed under any circumstances.
   2. Accounts are not transferable.
   3. No account information will be changed unless requested by the account holder.
   4. We do not accept, under any circumstances, requests to change your username.
   5. You have a duty to keep your password secure. We shall not be made liable for any improper access to your account because of incorrect password management.
   6. Any false information used when creating your account, or amendment thereof, may lead to suspension of your account.
2. REFERRALS

   1. We have a NO-SPAM policy at Referral Shop and we expect our members to follow this policy when representing Referral Shop.
   2. The buying of referrals is based on availability. If no referrals are available, please try again later.
   3. $1.35 per referral for all time to buy referrals.
   4. Need 24hours to complete all referral registration.
3. GENERAL USER BEHAVIOR

   1. While using our services, you will respect other visitors/members/staff.
   2. Any type of threat, intimidation or unfounded accusation against Referral Shop or our members / staff, here or elsewhere, will be considered disrespectful and may lead to the permanent suspension of your account, and / or any other benefits.
4. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY

   1. All attempts to hack or cheat our system are being monitored and logged. We are monitoring Referral Shop for piracy attempts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
   2. If any attempts of cheating/piracy have been discovered, account will be suspended.
   3. The end result to any attempts of piracy is account suspension.
5. PAYMENTS TO Referral Shop

   1. After payment has been made to Referral Shop, it belongs to Referral Shop with no possibility of repayment.
   2. Any kind of dispute / refund request / attempt to charge-back, will be repealed by Referral Shop and the member will have their account suspended.
   3. Any payment made to Referral Shop needs to be done through the links displayed directly on our site only. Any other forms will not be accepted.
   4. Payments made to Referral Shop do not need to be made from a verified payment processor account.
6. LIABILITY

   1. Referral Shop reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, in addition to fees, special offers, benefits and rules. Referral Shop also reserves the right to cancel its services any time without notice.
   2. Referral Shop will not be held responsible for any of its users or advertisers.
   3. Referral Shop will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to Referral Shop and therefore beyond our control.
7. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

   1. Certain information about members will be stored confidentially in order to help identify cheaters.
   2. We reserve the right to suspend an account for a valid reason, including reasons not covered by a violation of the Terms of Service.
   3. We do not delete user accounts in any way for any reason.
   4. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
   5. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.
